Antonio was the Office Partner, responsible for the Palermo and is currently Co-Managing Partner of the Firm, contributing with his 35+ experience as a corporate lawyer and advises both multinational and Italian companies in disputes before the various Italian courts, also at appellate level

Graduated in law from the “Università degli Studi” of Palermo, Antonino is a member of the Italian Bar and he is qualified to appear in front of the Italian Supreme Court and speaks Italian and French

Vittorio LOMBARDI

Vittorio has a consolidated IT and data protection background and has advised for the last three decades both private and corporate clients on criminal, administrative and banking law.

His area of practice also comprises the handling of all types of civil and commercial claims and civil law matters. Vittorio undertakes tax related disputes and is also involved in the management of litigation arising from company restructuring cases.

He deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, including complex winding-up procedures, and has advised a large number of clients on labour law issues.

He is Associated Professor of Privacy and New technologies law at the University of Rome “Unitelma”. Vittorio is admitted to practice in Italy since 1992 (Cosenza Bar Association)

Boryana GOSPODINOVA

Boryana has consistent experience in cases with international elements. In particular, she assists many Companies from East Europe in both litigated end extra-judicial issues in Italy. 

Her practice area includes international litigation, civil and commercial law, labour law issues, family law, data protection and debt recovery. 

A law graduate at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, Boryana has assisted private and corporate clients with legal matters related to international contracts and seals  in out-of-court settlements and in court proceedings.

Gianluca MERANDA

Gianluca, a former member of the Roman boutique law firm Guerreri, is a partner and co-founder of SQ Law. His area of practice comprises the handling of all types of commercial claims, of insurance cases and product liability disputes.

Gianluca undertakes major aviation catastrophe work, including the management of complex multi-jurisdictional claims, litigation arising from ground and mid-air collisions and has pursued a number of high profile subrogation actions against aircraft or component manufacturers. He is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Roma, of the Nederlandse Orde van Advocaten bij de Balie te Brussel and of both IBA’s Aviation and Insurance committees.

Cristiano COSTA

His practice areas include civil and commercial claims, business cases, and banking law matters. He undertakes civil disputes and is also involved in litigation arising from civil law claims.

With a genuine anglosaxon educational backgroung, Cristiano graduated in Civil Law with prof. Cesare Massimo Bianca and has obtained two Masters (Insurance Law, 2008 and Energy Management, 2010).

He has worked as an associate with the boutique firm Dragone Associati of Rome (mainly involved in the defence before the Court of Justice of the European Union), also undertaking debt recovery cases.

Gianluigi SANTORO

Gianluigi, a former Associate with the boutique firm Bonsignori of Bologna, has been a member of the Rome office since its foundation. His area of practice comprises the handling of all types of commercial cases, of insurance claims and labour disputes. 

Gianluigi has been invoved as a lawyer for Gruppo Delta (Carifin, Tarida, Rent, etc.) in the management of domestic and multi-jurisdictional debt recovery and has defended a number of high profile recovery actions on behalf of both private banks and public bodies. Gianluigi is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Rossano.

Giovanni PASCONE

Giovanni is a former Administrative judge (Tribunale Amministrativo di Lazio e Campania), a former Civil magistrate (Civil Court of Rome) and provides legal advice in all aspects of civil and administrative law, in particular to international clients doing business in Italy. His services include the preparation and negotiation of contracts, preparing corporate authorizations and compliance with regulatory requirements, providing legal assistance in drafting and negotiating agreements to structure business combinations, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, loan agreements and guarantees

Marianna MOLINARI

Marianna has a full civil law background and her practice areas include a variety of national and international civil claims with a particular focus on family law matters and trust agreements issues.

A former Court of First Instance auditor by the Italian Ministry of Justice, she is responsible of the joint internship program with the Temple University of Philadelphia.

Marianna is a Family Law graduate (magna cum laude) of the University of Siena; she held a LSS in Comparative Family Law at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, jointly with Seattle University School of Law, with accreditation of the American Bar Association; got a LLM (with honours) in Family and Business Law at University of Rome “LUISS Guido Carli” and is admitted to practice.

Pierfranco ASCIANO

Pierfranco has a full Criminal Law background and is a former honorary judge in family law courts.

He specialises in international cooperation matters general civil law and is a member of the International Migration Observatory under the Federation des Barreaux d’Europe.

His practice also includes advising corporate clients on commercial transactions and related disputes.

Pierfranco is president of the Consiglio Internazionale Di Cooperazione Italo Arabo, has acted as general counsel for the Federazione Nazionale Autonomie Locali

An international law graduate of the University of Bari, Pierfranco is admitted to practice in Italy since 1991 (Taranto Bar Association) and is the founder of the Organismo di mediazione e arbitrato “Camera Risoluzione Controversie”

Veronica PETRELLA

Her practice areas include civil and commercial claims, insurance cases, and private law matters. Veronica undertakes civil liability disputes and is also involved in the management of litigation arising from family law claims.

She deals with all aspects of contentious and non-contentious insolvency work, including complex winding-up procedures, and has advised a large number of clients on labour law related matters

Has worked as senior associate with the boutique firm of the former president of BancoPosta Fondi S.p.A., Avv. Francesco Valsecchi and has co-operated on a long-term basis as Assistant Professor with the departments of Private Law and Family Law at the Faculty of Law at Università Roma Tre of Rome

Ranieri GIUNTA

Ranieri has a business and commercial law background. With an extensive experience in contract management and a consolidated focus on proposal, tender submissions and negotiation, he has been primarily interacting with government branches and regulatory agencies in his capacity of general counsel of a MENA countries-based corporation. Before joining the firm, he has spent a few years with Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu working on patent and trademark issues under Italian and US law and interned with Minneapolis’ law offices of Dorsey & Whitney LLP.

A full marks business law graduated of the University Carlo Cattaneo, Ranieri is a post graduate specialist in International Business Law at the University of Tilburg and is admitted to practice in Italy (Rome Bar Association) since 2010.

Eugenio GALLUPPI

Eugenio, former head of the legal department with Aeroservicesgroup, is a member of the Rome office since its foundation. His area of practice comprises the handling of all types of commercial and labour cases, of insurance claims and, generally, of aviation disputes. Eugenio has been involved as a lawyer for Alitalia in the management of complex multi-jurisdictional claims and has defended a number of high profile labour actions on behalf of both private corporate clients and public bodies.

He holds academic positions with the Libera Universita’ Mediterranea di Bari (Labour law and Transportation, Security and Environment law) and with the University of Pescara (Trade Union law, Faculty of Economics) and is the author of several publications. Eugenio is a member of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Pescara.
